A participant is a participant record in your Participants workspace. Your plan's participant limit applies to the participants you manage in AuditDoc — Registration Prep includes 1, Starter 10, and Pro 50. Enterprise is unlimited.

Plans differ by how many users, participants and gigabytes you get, and Pro adds the 7 supplementary registration-group modules (SIL, SDA, high intensity and more), which bring 17 further registers.

We retry the payment and email you. There's a grace period to update your card; if billing still can't be resolved, your account becomes read-only until it is — your data is never deleted.
