Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to your plan's features. You can cancel any time during the trial from your billing settings.
No — all prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers.
Annual billing saves 15% compared to paying month to month, on every paid plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings — upgrades take effect immediately and unlock the new plan's features and limits.
No. Auditors are invited to a specific audit pack and review it through the dedicated auditor portal — they don't count towards your user limit.
All data is hosted in Australia (Sydney region), including any AI processing. Nothing leaves the country.
A participant is a participant record in your Participants workspace. Your plan's participant limit applies to the participants you manage in AuditDoc.
We retry the payment and email you. There's a grace period to update your card; if billing still can't be resolved, your account becomes read-only until it is — your data is never deleted.
